Android cover art not working with NBT - BIMMERPOST Since taking delivery of my G30 Mi last year, I've been slightly annoyed that iDrive 6 doesn't display album art for Android users. It works perfectly for my wife's iPhone, but BMW historically has treated Android users as second class citizens.

Album art finally showing for Android 11 users over bluetooth If it's new songs I'm 'getting to know' for my band (80s covers) or if I need to search around the collection or app (i.e., play specific songs multiple times, or searchability), I'll use either iTunes or my car's HDD, or Spotify on BT.
